Long-Term Course

Qualification Requirements

  • Satisfy each of the following 1 and 2
  • 1. Completed 12 years or more of school education in another country or expected to complete it by the time of enrollment
  • 2. Met one of the following Japanese proficiency requirements.
      A total of 180 or more of Japanese study experience
      Passing result of J.Test F Level, JLPT N5, or NAT-TEST Level 5 or higher

※ A screening fee of 33,000 yen (including tax) is paid at the time of application (non-refundable).
Before transfer of the Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status, we ask that you pay the full first year tuition fee of 847,000 yen (including tax).

About Refunds

  • 1.If a Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status is not issued, no fees other than the application screening fee will be collected
  • 2.If a Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status is issued but you decline enrollment without applying for a visa, we will refund the money paid except for the application screening fee and enrollment fee. However, you must return the enrollment permit and Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status.
  • 3.If you apply for a visa at a diplomatic establishment in another country but are not given permission to enter the country, we will refund the money paid except for the application
  • 4.If you obtained a visa but were declined enrollment before entering the country and the visa is unused and confirmed as expired, we will refund the money paid except for the
  • 5.As a general rule, if you drop out of the school after obtaining a visa and entering Japan, you will not be refunded any money already paid.
