Yokohama-Hiranuma Senior High School Visit
Asia International Language Center students from Turkey, Philippines, Vietnam, Nepal, Indonesia, and Uzbekistan visited Yokohama-Hiranuma Senior High School and took part in an international exchange activity with the high school students there under the guidance of our curriculum coordinator Mr. Shimada. Thanks to this program, students not only used what they learned in class, but each one could gain more self-confidence by coming in close contact with Japanese culture. At the end, the teachers of Yokohama-Hiranuma High praised the students for their high ability in Japanese and said they would like to more exchanges in the future.
National Day Parade
Yokohama Chinatown National Day Celebration
October 1st marks the National Day of the People’s Republic of China and a National Day parade is held in Yokohama Chinatown (Yamashitacho, Naka Ward, Yokohama). Our students participated in this National Day parade and after the event said that they wanted to do their best to make new contributions to the promotion of friendship between the people of China and Japan by having an interest in the unity and development of their home country, lending support, and building bridges.
